Currently the CFO for the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc., a non-profit trade association, located in Arlington, VA. and in addition run a part-time tax practice serving individual and small business tax clients since 1995.
Have served and am currently serving in a number of volunteer roles, to include the following: served for four years on the George Mason University Accounting Advisory Council, served as Chair of the Northern Chapter of the Virginia Society of CPAs from 2001 to 2002, served as Chair of the Virginia Society of CPAs from 2007 to 2008, served on the Council of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants from 2007 to 2011, currently serving as Vice Chair for the VSCPA Education Foundation, served on the American Society of Association Executives Finance, Business and Operations Council from 2009 to 2012. In addition, I am served as Clerk of Session for Manassas Presbyterian Church from 2008 to 2013 and am an ordained Elder.
