Welcome to MentorMatch! Our VSCPA MentorMatch program reflects our commitment to you and your professional development. This online networking and career development tool helps you find, connect and share experiences with others. Your mentor or mentee can be in the same city or across the state. Members may enroll anytime throughout the year.
1. START
Get started by completing your Connect profile. Make sure your contact information is up to date, add a profile picture. Having a complete and accurate profile is crucial to the matching process.
Profile complete? Move on to step 2.
2. ENROLL
Are you looking to be a mentor or mentee? Perhaps both? You must be enrolled in the program to request a mentor or mentee.

3. SEARCH
Use the VSCPA Mentoring Directory to input your search criteria. Start by selecting 1-2 demographics of interest to you.
4. CONNECT
Once you’ve searched the Mentoring Directory, click on your desired connection's name. The link will bring you to their profile page. If you think it's a good match, click the “Request a Mentor” badge under their profile image. If it's not a good match, you can select the back button to return to your previous search results.
