Welcome to MentorMatch! Our VSCPA MentorMatch program reflects our commitment to you and your professional development. This unique online networking and career development tool helps you find, connect and share experiences with others. Your mentor or mentee can be in the same city or on the other side of the state. Members may enroll in as many of the six-month programs as desired. The next six-month program starts July 15, 2016.
1. START
Get started by completing your Connect profile. Make sure your contact information is up to date, add a recent professional profile picture, expand on your bio and import your education and job history information from LinkedIn. Having a complete and accurate profile is crucial to the success of selection and matching. Profile complete? Return back to this page and move on to step 2.
2. ENROLL
Are you looking to be a mentor or mentee? Perhaps both?

Make selections for start/end date to set your preferences. Keep in mind in order to request a mentor or mentee, you must be enrolled in the program. Then complete your Mentor or Mentee profile. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to make the best match.
3. SEARCH
Use the VSCPA Mentoring Directory to input your search criteria. Start by selecting the topic(s) of interest for your level.
4. CONNECT
Congratulations! You're all set. You completed steps 1–3 and are now ready for the fun stuff. Let the mentoring begin.
Next, click on your desired connection's name. The link will bring you to their profile page. If you think it's a good match, click the MentorMatch badge, located under their profile image, to request a connection. If it's not a good match, you can select the back button to return to your previous search results.
