This Committee oversees the peer reviews administered and performed in Virginia and the District of Columbia, evaluates the results of the reviews and the need for corrective actions and determines the need for (and carries out) monitoring procedures with respect to the completion of those corrective actions. Expect two face-to-face meetings in Richmond and conference calls as needed. Volunteers for this Committee must be a member of a firm that currently undergoes peer reviews and is in good standing with the AICPA.
If you volunteer between May 1, 2018 – April 30, 2019, you will be invited to attend the Leaders’ Summit on May 16–17, 2019 in Richmond. This free, invitation-only conference is open exclusively to VSCPA volunteers and other leaders to provide essential training and information to help you lead our organization into the future.
