  • Purpose & Goals -  The purpose of the VSCPA Feedback Group that Virginia Tax organized over seven years ago was to establish open and transparent dialog, build a productive coalition and improve collaboration efforts between the Tax Practitioner community and Virginia Tax.  The goals continue to be to increase electronic return filing and payment participation, improve our programs where there are deficits, remove barriers to filing electronically, and improve our Customer Service delivery.    Virginia Tax appreciates and values the constructive feedback provided by the participating VSCPA members. 
  • Time commitment - Monthly 90 minute meeting the 4th Thursday of the month (currently 1:30 - 3:00).  Ad hoc calls once in a while to better understand and resolve issues. 
  • Qualifications - Active VSCPA Member and actively preparing returns.  Any tax type, the more types the better. 
  • Diverse -  A mix of members from large, mid-size and small firms.
