The Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation (VBCF) is currently seeking new members to serve on VBCF's Finance Committee and/or Board of Directors. VBCF is a statewide, state-based organization headquartered in Richmond and committed to the eradication of breast cancer through education of and advocacy for Virginians. VBCF is seeking a CPA or individual with professional financial experience with a strong personal interest in our mission and work. The committee is an annual commitment of 2 live meetings a year in the late spring and fall typically in the late afternoon/early evening, every other month emails with financial review, and a conference call or two during the year as needed. Board service is a 3-year term with the option for one consecutive 3-year term renewal. Board meets quarterly on Saturday mornings in Richmond with email updates and conference calls as needed.
