Non-profit Treasurer seeking bookkeeping services.

The mission of Wild Fern Montessori School is to provide a learning environment that adheres to Montessori principles to guide and nurture each child in becoming lifelong learners and citizens of our diverse world community. We wish for all to have access to the many benefits a Montessori education provides and will work with any interested parties to make this happen. We will evolve to meet the needs of our community while adhering to the foundations of the Montessori philosophy.

As a grassroots nonprofit, our resources are minimal. I'm currently doing the organization's bookkeeping and payroll. But as the organization grows and we receive additional funding through grants, it’s vital the school’s accounting and payroll practices are managed by a professional with more profound knowledge and a better skillset.

We have about 30-40 bank transactions and 25-30 credit card transactions per month. We have up to 12 employees paid bi-monthly on the 15th and last day of the month.

By helping alleviate this responsibility, our board and staff can focus on reaching deeper into the community and focus on revenue generating fundraisers.
