The VSCPA Educational Foundation Board of Directors is the Foundation's governing body responsible for the continued success of the Foundation. The VSCPA Board of Directors approves members of the Educational Foundation Board of Directors.
Appointees are required to attend the VSCPA Leaders' Summit in May 2021 as well as three Board meetings.
