The VSCPA Educational Foundation Board of Directors is the Foundation's governing body responsible for fundraising, developing scholarships and awards and ensuring the continued success of the Foundation. The VSCPA Board of Directors approves members of the Educational Foundation Board of Directors.
Appointees are required to attend the VSCPA Leaders' Summit in May 2018, at the Omni Richmond as well as one in-person Board meeting and two conference call Board meetings.
