Leadership Development is a critical component for career success. The VSCPA developed the LEAD suite of programs to meet the demand for leadership development. The LEAD Task Force will advise the VSCPA on current and future LEAD program, tool and resource needs. The Task Force will help determine the value of current programs, tools and resources and advise the VSCPA on if we are addressing the most pressing skills and tools CPAs need to grow in their careers. This will be an ongoing reassessment to ensure the VSCPA’s programs, tools and resources are still relevant and filling in any gaps that may exist when it comes to leadership development in the profession.

Member makeup:
- 10-15 members including all levels from both Public Accounting & Corporate Finance, Education, HR, and Training or a Leadership Coach.
