Rebuilding Together Richmond seeking Board Treasurer

Rebuilding Together Richmond is looking for a CPA to step into the Board Treasurer role; the interested candidate would join as a member of the RT RVA Finance committee prior to deciding if they are interested in becoming a member of the Board or in taking on another leadership role.  

Rebuilding Together Richmond  is a regional affiliate of the national Rebuilding Together organization. RT-RVA helps people and neighborhoods in need by bringing together volunteers annually to repair homes and community spaces in Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Petersburg and Hopewell. 

Joining the finance committee would involve: 

  • Virtual attendance at RT RVA finance committee meetings beginning in June. These are 1-hour long and occur every two months. 

  • Committee members have the opportunity to engage in ad-hoc financial oversight projects 

  • While in-person is not required, they are looking for Richmond-based volunteers
