This group will work with VA TAX and seeks feedback from VSCPA members on tax issues and ways to improve VA TAX processes. The number of meetings and time commitment depend upon the depending upon the number of issues we would need to cover. Expect 20-25 hours over a 5 month period. Meetings will be conducted in variety of formats to accommodate participants outside of the Richmond area. The goal of the meetings is to provide the group enough time to present and discuss their issues. This is an extremely small and highly selective committee. The group will include 10-15 tax practitioners from varied firms sizes and geographically diverse.
